Pharmag YM-4 V-Blender V-shaped mixer

The Pharma Test / Pharmag YM-4 V-Blender Attachment (part number: 40-01150) is designed for pharmaceutical formulation development (R&D), Galenical Labs, and small-scale pilot-scale processes. This module requires a P-UGD universal gearbox for seamless connection with the P-UAM universal motor drive unit. It is specifically designed for highly uniform convection mixing of dry powders and granules, and is particularly suitable for high-dilution ratios (micro-APIs) and shear-sensitive powder formulations. It fully complies with the stringent requirements of cGMP, GLP, FDA, and the International Pharmacopoeia.


I. Utilizing the V-shaped "pant-leg region" geometry, a triple composite motion of dividing, cascading, and intermeshing is continuously generated during horizontal rotation. The material periodically tumbles and reassembles at the apex and both arms, completely eliminating mixing dead zones and stratification segregation.


II. Designed for ultra-uniform dispersion of trace active ingredients (APIs) and base excipients, with a mixing dilution ratio as low as 1%, achieving extremely high batch mixing uniformity and reproducibility in a short time.


III. The mixing process does not generate excessive frictional heat or high mechanical shear force, thus fully protecting sensitive powders, fragile particles, pellets, and specific crystal structures.


IV. Quickly connect to the P-UAM universal motor drive unit via the standard P-UGD universal gearbox. The unit provides precise stepless speed adjustment over a wide range of 5-45 rpm, ensuring smooth and stable operation and significantly saving laboratory workspace and equipment purchase costs.


V. Widely applicable to a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicine/alternative therapies, fine chemicals, food and agriculture, cement and ceramics, cosmetics, detergents, and paints and pigments.


VI. All material contact parts of the machine are made of pharmaceutical and food-grade corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a smooth surface and no dead corners, supporting the sterilization and cleaning validity standards that meet GMP specifications.
