Equipment Introduction

  • Compliant with regulations and standards: 8-Vessel High-Efficiency Testing

    • Fully compliant with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP <711/724>), European Pharmacopoeia (EP), British Pharmacopoeia (BP), Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP), and Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP), it features a standard configuration of 6 test sample tanks and 2 standard/blank control tanks, specifically designed for quality control (QC) and research and development (R&D) of solid formulations.

  • Precision Speed Control & High Concentricity Operation

    • It features a high-precision speed control system with a speed accuracy of ±1 RPM, and excellent concentricity and perpendicularity performance, ensuring that the flow field conditions in each tank are highly consistent and reproducible.

  • Fully Sealed & Dual-Layer Thermal Anti-Evaporation Design

    • It adopts a one-piece molded fully enclosed and double-layer heat-insulating low-evaporation module, which almost completely blocks the contact with the outside air and has a very small temperature difference (the actual temperature difference of 8 tanks is only within -0.1°C), effectively preventing solvent evaporation and fully complying with the stringent regulations.

  • Automated Positioning Sampling & Secondary In-Line Filtration

    • The sampling rack has an automatic positioning function, a fast sampling speed, and fully complies with the 2% sampling time error requirement of USP <711>.

    • Supports multiple specifications of secondary filter heads (regardless of brand), replacing tedious manual filtration; features an independent pipeline operation design, supporting automatic cleaning, dilution, reflux and constant temperature/room temperature replenishment, eliminating cross-contamination.

  • Data integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance for the collector workstation.

    • It has a storage capacity of 3 million electronic audit trails, and the original files cannot be deleted or edited.

    • It supports 3-4 levels of user permission management and can create 100 sets of independent operator accounts and passwords.

  • High System Compatibility & Full Automation Integration

    • The machine has a compact structure that saves laboratory workspace; the system controller (DSC-800) is highly expandable and can simultaneously control up to 4 8-tank dissolution machines (no brand restrictions), and can also be connected in series with an MDS solvent preparation machine and an AVC automatic cleaning system to achieve a fully automated dissolution workflow.

  • Dedicated Apparatus 1/2 Storage Rack Design

    • It comes with a dedicated storage rack for the 1/2 section of the device, making it easy to quickly and easily secure the 1/2 section (Basket / Paddle) to the dedicated storage area, ensuring the device stays in place and effectively preventing damage from collisions.
