Pharma Test / Pharmag UAM Universal Motor Drive is designed for pharmaceutical formulation development (R&D), dosage form laboratories, and pilot plants. The modular, multi-functional unit, using industry-standard quick-install flanges, can drive dozens of process modules and accessories, including solid formulations (mixing, granulation, sizing, coating, polishing, sieving) and semi-solid/liquid formulations (homogenization, three-drum milling, metered filling). The equipment fully complies with the stringent requirements of cGMP, FDA, and the International Pharmacopoeia for laboratory formulation development and small-scale pilot production.
I. Standardized Quick-Lock Attachment Flange: Adopting industry-standard mounting flanges, various process modules can be quickly installed, removed, and driven in seconds without complicated tools, significantly saving equipment purchase costs and laboratory table space.
II. High-Torque Stepless Electronic Speed Control: Equipped with a 600W high-efficiency drive motor and a precision continuously variable electronic speed control system (speed range 50-450 RPM, with a dedicated gearbox for a maximum reduction ratio of 1:60), it can maintain stable and smooth torque output in heavy-load, high-viscosity paste, or high-density powder mixing processes.
III. Comprehensive Galenical Formulation Attachments: Supports the entire solid and liquid process chain, and can be flexibly combined with modules such as cubic mixers, rhomboid/double cone/Y-type mixers, dry granulators, ball mills, planetary ointment homogenizers, sugar coating polishing pans, and metering pumps to accurately simulate industrial-grade mass production parameters.
IV. Pharmaceutical-grade hygienic structure and cGMP cleaning verification (cGMP Sanitary Design & Cleanability): All material contact parts are made of AISI 316/304 pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel. The machine body is flat and has no dead corners. The whole machine complies with cGMP and GLP laboratory hygiene and sealing specifications.

Wide-Range Electronic Stepless Speed Control: Equipped with a high-torque, high-power AC drive motor and a precision fine-tuning knob, it provides a smooth and constant torque output of 5 to 420 RPM (or with a dedicated gearbox), ensuring no speed loss when handling high-viscosity pastes or high-density heavy powders.
High-contrast digital display (Clear Digital Speed & Operation Status Display): Real-time display of host operating speed (RPM) and operating status, facilitating R&D personnel to accurately record critical process parameters (CPP) and ensuring the reproducibility and data reliability of batch scale-up testing.

Tool-Free Quick-Lock Flange Mounting: Adopting an industry-standard flange interface (compatible with most mainstream Erweka specifications), different process modules can be changed by hand in seconds without tools, greatly improving laboratory work efficiency.
Flexible Multi-Angle Tilting Mechanism: The drive head body has a multi-stage manual tilting and locking mechanism (which can be tilted and adjusted according to process requirements), providing the best physical motion angle for coating pan rolling, powder flow mixing and grinding discharge.

Corrosion-resistant medical-grade stainless steel body (AISI 304/316 Stainless Steel Enclosure): The entire outer shell is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a smooth, mirror-polished surface that can withstand various organic solvents and rubbing with disinfectant alcohol, fully complying with cGMP cleaning certification standards.
Multiple safety interlocks protection system (Emergency Stop & Overload Safety Interlocks): Equipped with an immediate surge/overload protection mechanism, an active overheat protection trip system, and a prominent emergency stop button (E-Stop), ensuring the dual safety of operators and valuable samples.
