High-Precision Circulating Water Bath: Employs a highly efficient circulating heating water bath system to precisely maintain the temperature of the receiving liquid in each diffusion cell at physiological standards (32°C ± 0.2°C or 37°C ± 0.2°C), ensuring a highly consistent experimental environment.
Independent Synchronized Micro-Magnetic Stirring: Each diffusion cell base is equipped with a micro-magnetic stirring module with stable and uniform rotation speed, ensuring that the receiving medium is fully mixed without disrupting the diffusion dynamic balance.
Real-Time Temperature Monitoring: Built-in multi-point temperature sensors monitor the temperature status of the water bath and samples in real time, and have automatic alarm functions for over-temperature and abnormal conditions.
Fully automated sampling and isothermal media replacement.
Modular Robotic Sampling Upgrade: The system has excellent scalability and can be seamlessly connected to the Logan automated sampling arm and injection pump module to achieve fully automated sampling with pre-set multi-point scheduling.
Isothermal and Isovolumetric Media Replacement: After sampling, the system immediately and automatically replenishes an equal volume of preheated fresh receiving medium to maintain the diffusion cell level and constant temperature, avoiding dilution errors.
Automated Sample Collection & Storage: Automatically injects samples into standard HPLC/UPLC sample vials and supports low-temperature refrigeration trays to prevent volatilization and degradation, facilitating direct analysis.
Compliant with the International Pharmacopoeia and Data Integrity Compliance regulations.
Global Pharmacopoeia & Regulatory Compliance: Fully compliant with all regulations and guidelines of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) <1724>, the European Pharmacopoeia (EP), and the US FDA/EMA regarding topical and transdermal drug delivery systems.
User-Friendly Intelligent GUI: A color touchscreen with a graphical user interface supports the storage and one-click recall of multiple experimental methods, making the process clear and intuitive.
Strict Data Integrity & Audit Trail: The system features multi-level access control and password protection, as well as fully functional, tamper-proof audit trail records, fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP/GLP regulations.
