The Sistema-MK Cleanroom Airflow Visualization & Smoke Study System is specifically designed for visual verification of airflow patterns in aseptic pharmaceutical workshops (Class A/B cleanrooms), isolators, restricted access barrier systems (RABS), biosafety cabinets, and laminar flow workbenches (LAF). It is used to intuitively evaluate and confirm the integrity of unidirectional (laminar) flow, airflow direction, flow field disturbances, dead zones, and pressure differential barrier effectiveness.

II. The system adopts advanced high-purity pure water ultrasonic cooling atomization or pharmaceutical-grade ethylene glycol micro-thermal atomization technology, which can continuously produce dense white smoke with uniform particle size (1~3 µm), high concentration, non-toxic and residue-free, and completely harmless to sterile products and precision equipment.
III. The equipment is equipped with a highly sensitive multi-segment micro-mist control valve, a multi-functional airflow guide extension tube, and a patented multi-hole uniform smoke distribution array, which can realize multi-form flow field simulation such as point source, line source, and area source; combined with a high-contrast dedicated green/white LED matrix contrast light source system and a full HD explosion-proof/clean protection recording module, it can clearly capture airflow trajectory, turbulent diffusion, and personnel operation dynamics in low light and complex production backgrounds.
IV. The entire casing is made of 316L pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel and meets VHP (hydrogen peroxide sterilization) tolerance standards. It also has complete image data storage and analysis functions, fully meeting the compliance requirements of data integrity and regulatory agency smoke study.
