Pharma Test / Pharmag's series of precision molded molds for rectal suppositories and vaginal globules are designed specifically for pharmaceutical prescription development, small-scale clinical trials, and pilot production. The entire series of molds perfectly conforms to modern pharmaceutical and clinical practice standards. The mold body is precision-machined from high-strength aerospace-grade Duralumin (AlCu4Mg1), and the inner surface of the mold cavity is fully coated with a premium silicone resin coating, preventing direct contact between the molding material and the metal substrate, and providing excellent chemical inertness and release properties. Supports complete dosage form geometries such as projectile, torpedo, and conical, offering a wide range of specifications from 24 to 150 cavities and 1g to 8g (ml) per cavity. It can be perfectly matched with the Pharmag PFM-L suppository forming machine module or used for manual precision casting, and complies with cGMP, GLP and pharmacopoeia regulations of various countries.

III. It covers three standard shapes: projectile, torpedo, and conical, and provides diverse production capacity configurations such as 24, 30, 48, 60, 100, and 150 slots.
IV. Single-hole capacities include 1g, 2g, 3g, 4g, 6g and 8g (ml), with a robust and durable structure, quick assembly and disassembly, and perfect for direct compatibility with PFM-L molding machines or manual test casting.

High-Grade Duralumin Construction Material (Aerospace Grade)
High mechanical strength and thermal conductivity: The mold body is made of high-strength Duralumin alloy (AlCu4Mg1) and precision CNC milling, with a solid structure that does not deform. It has excellent thermal conductivity, which allows molten base materials (such as Witepsol, glycerin gelatin, PEG, etc.) to cool and solidify quickly and evenly after injection.
Durability and long-term quality assurance: The precise male and female mold fit and wing screws pressure fixing design ensure durability and maintain extremely high dimensional accuracy and tightness even under long-term high-frequency opening and closing use.
Premium Silicon Resin Inert Coating
Maximum chemical inertness: The inner surface of the mold cavity is fully covered with a pharmaceutical-grade silicone coating, which completely blocks the contact between the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) or excipient and the metal substrate, avoiding the release of metal ions or catalytic reactions.
Excellent demolding properties and surface gloss: The silicone coating has low surface energy properties, and can be easily and completely demolded after cooling and curing, greatly reducing the risk of cracking, chipping and scratches, and making the surface of the molded plugs and balls have a perfect smooth gloss.

Precise positioning of the slide guide: The mold's external dimensions are standardized and designed to accommodate the multi-directional micro-adjustment slide of the Pharmag PFM-L suppository and lipstick molding machine module, allowing for easy multi-row continuous gravity injection via handwheel.
Cleanliness verification and hygiene compliance: The modular quick-release design of the mold allows for thorough cleaning without any blind spots, and complies with cGMP and GLP laboratory standards.
