The Pharma Test / Pharmag P-RM-6 Roller Mixer Attachment (Part No. 40-01360) is designed for pharmaceutical formulation research and development (R&D), gastronomic laboratories, and pilot plants. This module connects directly to a P-UAM universal motor drive or a P-UGD universal gearbox via a standard quick-release flange. It is specifically designed for the gentle and uniform mixing and anti-stratification/tumble-proofing of powders, microparticles, pellets, liquids, or suspensions in cylindrical containers, providing highly reproducible and shear-free mixture quality that fully complies with the stringent requirements of cGMP, GLP, FDA, and the International Pharmacopoeia for solid dosage forms and pilot processes.

I. Adopting industry-standard mounting flanges, it can be quickly installed and removed from the P-UAM drive system in seconds without complicated tools, greatly saving equipment purchase costs and laboratory table space, realizing a modular pilot process platform with multiple uses.

II. The cylindrical container is driven by parallel double rollers to produce a continuous and stable rotating and tumbling motion, which is suitable for fragile microcapsules, heat-sensitive or shear-sensitive active ingredients (APIs), effectively preventing materials from breaking or electrostatic agglomeration due to violent impact, and ensuring uniform mixing.

III. The roller spacing is designed for flexible adjustment and can accommodate standard laboratory sample vials, glass cylinders, stainless steel mixing tanks or plastic containers of different diameters and lengths (supporting a maximum capacity of liters), meeting the diverse formulation testing needs from small-batch R&D to pilot-scale stages.

IV. The drive rollers are made of high-quality anti-slip and wear-resistant material and high-specification AISI 316/304 stainless steel, ensuring quiet operation and low vibration. The entire machine surface is mirror-polished (Ra < 0.8 µm), leaving no dead corners and making it easy to wipe, clean, and sterilize the entire machine, fully complying with cGMP, GLP, and FDA cleaning effectiveness standards.
