The Pharmag P-RIVA MiniPress (a series of miniature tablet and solid dosage form development equipment under the German Pharma Test Group) is a high-precision single-pump benchtop tablet system specifically designed for drug research and development (R&D), formulation development (Galenical Labs), academic research institutions, and small-scale pilot production.


I. Minimal R&D and Material Saving: Supports manual single-capsule or hopper-based small-batch tableting, requiring only a few grams of sample for testing, significantly saving precious API raw materials.


II. Standard mold compatibility: Compatible with Euro B / Euro D and TSM international standard dies, supports round and irregular shaped ingots, quick-release design for rapid mold change and cleaning.


III. Instrumentation Mechanics Analysis: Optional pressure and displacement sensors can be added to monitor the pressure bar and ejection force in real time, providing a "force-displacement curve" to assist in mass production scale-up.


IV. cGMP Safety Protection: Contact parts are made of pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel and equipped with transparent interlocking safety covers. The compact body is suitable for operation on laboratory tables or in glove boxes.

    • High-precision force and displacement sensors : Optional high-sensitivity piezoelectric force sensors (load cells) and punch displacement sensors can be used to measure and record the main pressure bar force and ejection force in real time.

    • Comprehensive Compression Profiling : Supports real-time generation of force-displacement curves, Heckel equation curves, and compression work analysis, providing scientific data for the compressibility characteristics, shatter strength correlation, and scale-up of prescription powders.

    • Transparent Safety Interlocked Enclosure : Equipped with a high-strength, fully transparent safety enclosure and an electrical interlock switch, opening the enclosure automatically cuts off the power supply and shuts down the machine in an emergency, ensuring the safety of operators.

    • Compact Benchtop Footprint : The compact design and stable, low-vibration operation allow it to be placed directly on a standard laboratory tabletop, in a fume hood, or in a glove box isolator, making it suitable for closed operating environments for highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs).
