The Pharma Test PTWS 630/1230 tablet dissolution tester features a high-throughput 12-vessel (6 × 2 dual-row) layout, specifically designed for high-volume sample analysis in pharmaceutical quality control (QC), bioequivalence (BE) comparison testing, and drug development laboratories. This instrument fully complies with international standards such as the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) <711/724>, the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) <2.9.3/4>, the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP <15>), and the British Pharmacopoeia (BP).

I. High-throughput 12-vessel dual-row flexible configuration: Configured with 12 fully stirred test vessel (6 × 2 dual-row layout), which can be flexibly set to simultaneously perform high-throughput analysis of 12 test samples, or to simultaneously conduct parallel control tests of two batches (6 + 6) of samples, greatly improving laboratory detection throughput and analysis efficiency.

II. Patented MonoShaft™ Quick-Release Technology: Equipped with the patented MonoShaft™ quick-change mixing shaft system, the entire spindle can be replaced without disassembling when changing tools such as paddles or baskets. It is precisely locked at the standard 25 mm immersion height at the factory and eliminates the need for manual recalibration, ensuring extremely high concentricity and test reproducibility.

III. Precision Electric Lifting and Ultra-Quiet External Temperature Control: The entire machine adopts a fully automatic precision electric lifting head, coupled with an external ultra-quiet circulating heating temperature control system, which completely eliminates the interference of motor operation and water bath circulation vibration on the flow field of the dissolution cup, providing excellent heating rate and uniform temperature control throughout the tank.

IV.
