The Pharma Test PT-Node smart network communication module is designed for Pharma Test's full range of drug physical property and dissolution testing instruments (such as PTWS dissolution tester, PTZ disintegration tester, PTB hardness tester, and PT-TD compaction density tester), serving as a core bridge for realizing laboratory digital transformation and centralized Internet of Things (IoT) monitoring.

II. Built-in high-performance microprocessor and adaptive web server, supporting Ethernet and Wi-Fi connections. Users can remotely monitor the instrument's operating status, speed, temperature curve, test progress, and abnormal alarms in real time through standard web browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, and Safari) without installing proprietary software.
III. Equipped with a standard RESTful API and network communication protocol, it can seamlessly and automatically interface with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN), or WinDiss ARGUS dissolution control software, significantly improving the efficiency of laboratory automation management.

Equipped with 2 independent RS-232 transmission ports, a single unit can simultaneously connect to 2 Pharma Test instruments (such as PTWS dissolution tester, PTB hardness tester, PTZ disintegration tester, PT-TD300 compaction density tester, PTF brittleness tester, etc.).
Traditional stand-alone physical property testing and dissolution equipment can be directly upgraded to Internet of Things (IoT) connected devices, which can be integrated into the digital laboratory architecture without replacing existing testing instruments.
Cross-Platform Zero-Installation Web Server Interface
With a built-in embedded web server, users do not need to install any dedicated drivers or client software on their computers or mobile devices; they can log in and operate directly through standard web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).
It can automatically create a dedicated Wi-Fi hotspot (Access Point mode) upon startup, making it easy to use a laptop or mobile phone for initial connection and network parameter configuration.
