The Pharma Test / Pharmag PD Polishing Drum Attachment is specifically designed for precision polishing and brightening processes of coated tablets, microcapsules, and various granules. This machine features an innovative all-around felt lining design, with both the inner wall and bottom of the drum covered in high-grade felt, ensuring extremely uniform 360-degree polishing within the effective volume. All felt components are modular and quick-release, making installation and replacement extremely fast and convenient, fully compliant with cGMP, GLP, and FDA hygiene regulations.

I. Connected to the UAM universal motor drive unit via the UGD universal gearbox, it provides stable stepless speed regulation from 5 to 45 rpm and supports flexible adjustment of the ±45° operating tilt angle.

II. Exclusive all-around felt lining technology (fully covering the cylinder wall and bottom), which imparts excellent surface gloss to the tablets and microparticles through gentle rotating and rolling friction.

III. Modular felt pad design allows operators to quickly disassemble, clean, replace, and maintain the pads without tools within minutes, significantly reducing batch changeover time.

IV. Standard configuration includes a high-transmittance transparent acrylic (Plexiglas) viewing cover and three sets of safety quick-release latches, allowing for clear monitoring of the polishing process during closed operation.
