The Pharma Test PT-MT3 Magnetic Tablet Testing Tool is designed for non-destructive daily checks, operational quality (OQ), and performance verification (PQ) of solid dosage form hardness testers. This tool fully complies with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) <1217>, the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) <2.9.8>, and GMP international regulations. It can highly reproduce the compression and fracture moments of real tablets, providing a highly repeatable fracture force benchmark.
I. Employing a precisely calibrated magnetic force release technology, it achieves instantaneous release when a set force threshold is reached, accurately simulating the crushing and breaking behavior of real pills.
II. Non-destructive reusable design eliminates the need to consume real tablets, completely preventing dust and debris accumulation and cross-contamination in the test tank.

Realistic simulated break point: When the thrust applied by the hardness tester's jaws reaches the internal magnetic attraction limit, the mechanism instantly breaks off, generating a break signal exactly the same as that of a real tablet.
