Pharma Test Hardness Tester Calibration Kit

Pharma Test PT-MET Hardness Tester Calibration Kit

The Pharma Test PT-MET Mechanical Tablet is designed for pharmaceutical quality control (QC), process control (IPC), and R&D laboratories. It allows for quick verification of the hardness testing station of tablet hardness testers (compatible with Pharma Test PTB series and other commercially available brands) before the start of each workday or shift, ensuring they are functioning correctly. This device accurately simulates the fracture mechanism of real tablets under set conditions, providing reliable daily verification records for hardness testing, much like the daily calibration of a balance.

Ⅰ. Offers four commonly used hardness specifications: 50 N, 100 N, 150 N and 200 N. Available for purchase individually or in sets of 4, comprehensively covering the test hardness range of conventional tablets.

II. The hardness tester can directly clamp the PT-MET in standard test mode to trigger a fracture test without changing the fixture, quickly verifying the accuracy of the sensor and fracture determination algorithm.

III. Compared to traditional heavy and precisely suspended static standard calibration weights, PT-MET is compact and readily available for testing, significantly improving the efficiency of daily power-on confirmation and shift handover.

IV. Made in Germany. Each mechanical tablet has a unique serial number and comes with the original manufacturer's calibration report. It supports regular return to the manufacturer for recalibration and fully complies with GMP data traceability requirements.

Equipment Introduction

  • Quick Daily Routine Verification

    • Designed specifically for quick checks before starting work each day/shift, ensuring the reliability of test data, and the results can be directly recorded in the instrument usage logbook.

    • Note: Routine verification tools are designed to monitor the condition of instruments in daily use and cannot completely replace the periodic static weight calibration required by annual regulations.

  • Simulated Tablet Breaking

    • The internal structure employs a precision mechanical design that releases a trigger when the force reaches a specific nominal value, accurately simulating the force reduction signal (Break Point) when a tablet breaks.

    • Automatic/manual reset after testing; can be reused an unlimited number of times without consuming expensive samples.

  • Flexible Configurations (Single or Packaged)

    • Provides a dedicated, exquisite protective storage box. Each single item comes with its own box, and a set of 4 comes with a dedicated 4-piece storage carrying case for easy carrying and moisture-proof and shock-proof storage.
