Pharma Feton Manual Capsulation Kit
Pharmag P-Feton (a solid dosage form development and small-scale pilot production equipment series under the German Pharma Test Group) is a manual capsule filling system specifically designed for drug research and development laboratories (R&D), formulation development (Galenical Labs), clinical trial sample preparation (Clinical Batches / Phase I & II), hospital dispensing rooms, and small-scale pilot production.
I. Wide Capsule Compatibility & Special Formats: Fully compatible gelatin and plant-based (HPMC) capsule sizes from 000# to 5#, and supports DBcaps® blinded capsules for clinical double-blind trials to meet various R&D formulation needs.

Flexible Batch Capacities & Efficient Workflow: Offers 60, 100, 120, 200, 300 and 400-well filling trays; paired with a manual directional capsule loader, enabling rapid completion of the entire process of capsule emptying, opening, filling, powder pressing and locking without the need for electricity.
III. Pharma-Grade Materials & cGMP Cleanability: Made of pharmaceutical-grade POM-C and AISI 316/304 stainless steel, it is corrosion-resistant and has no blind spots; all components can withstand autoclave sterilization and high-temperature washing, completely eliminating the risk of cross-contamination.
IV. Tool-Free Modular Changeover & Precision Tamping: The modular kit design allows for tool-free and tedious adjustment when changing capsule sizes; equipped with a precision multi-needle tamping tool and a powder scraper to ensure uniform filling density in each hole and precise capsule locking without damaging the capsule shell.

High-Precision Multi-Pin Tamping Tool: Equipped with a dedicated precision tamping needle plate and scraper, it supports multiple layers of uniform compaction, ensuring excellent uniformity of filling weight for each capsule (extremely low %RSD).
Safe & Precise Capsule Locking: Employs a mechanical capsule locking mechanism with uniform force distribution to quickly and accurately lock the capsule shut, completely eliminating problems such as capsule deformation, rupture, or powder leakage due to pressure.
