The Pharma Test / Pharmag LF-150 Dual Liquid Filling & Dosing Instrument Attachment is designed for pharmaceutical R&D, Galenical Labs, and small-batch filling and dispensing. This machine utilizes dual positive displacement piston pumps paired with a high-precision 3-way valve mechanism, enabling highly accurate and drip-free dispensing of low-viscosity liquids at room temperature. The standard configuration has a single-stroke filling range of 25 to 150 ml and supports dual-pump confluence for double filling or expansion to a larger capacity piston cylinder. All material contact surfaces are made of corrosion-resistant medical/food-grade materials, fully compliant with cGMP, GLP, and FDA regulations.

I. It adopts a dual precision positive displacement reciprocating piston pump and a proprietary three-way valve mechanism, with a maximum filling speed of 1200 strokes/hour.

II. Unique vertical space-saving construction design allows for direct and compact installation on the UAM general-purpose power unit, significantly saving laboratory desktop space.

III. The standard single-stroke filling volume is 25 – 150 ml/stroke, and the dual pumps can be symmetrically and easily fine-tuned using the adjusting nuts on both sides.

IV. Standard T-Fitting allows for the parallel connection of dual pump outlets to a single filling nozzle at no additional cost, instantly doubling the single filling capacity.

  • Saves laboratory space: The unique vertical mechanism configuration significantly reduces the floor space occupied by the machine, and it can be directly mounted on the front end of the UAM power unit for immediate operation.

  • Symmetrical and easy quantitative adjustment: Intuitive precision adjustment nuts are provided on both sides of the machine body, allowing users to easily and symmetrically fine-tune the stroke of each pump independently, and quickly set the required filling volume in the range of 25 to 150 ml/stroke.

• Modular Expansion & Capacity Doubling

  • Double capacity with standard T-fitting connector: The product comes standard with a dedicated T-Fitting confluence fitting, which can directly merge the discharge lines of the two pumps into the same filling nozzle, doubling the single filling capacity (up to 300 ml/stroke) without additional cost.

  • Supports large-capacity piston cylinder upgrades: The modular slot design allows for quick replacement of piston measuring cylinders of different capacities, meeting the special dispensing needs of larger dosages.

• Quick-release tool-free maintenance and optional foot pedal control.

  • Quick disassembly and sterilization: The intelligent dynamic quick-release structure allows operators to disassemble the piston cylinder and valve assembly in seconds without complicated tools, which is extremely convenient for daily deep cleaning, sterilization (supports cGMP sterilization) or replacement of the feed tube.

  • Optional foot switch: A dedicated foot control pedal (Foot Pedal, Part No. 40-01010) can be purchased to provide a semi-automatic inching filling experience with complete hand-free operation.
