III. The high-sensitivity diode array detector features a 1024-pixel diode array and a 16-bit converter, achieving a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 10,000:1 and supporting millisecond-level full-spectrum synchronous acquisition.
IV. Standard fiber coupling, PAT linkage and regulatory compliance: Features dual SMA 905 fiber interfaces, Gigabit networking and 2 IN/2 OUT digital I/O, compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and provides original manufacturer IQ/OQ validation.

Equipment Introduction
Integrated Compact Architecture & Touchscreen IPC Control
Embedded IPC & Intuitive 10.4" Touchscreen GUI : The device directly integrates a 10.4-inch high-resolution color touchscreen, a Windows 10 industrial PC (IPC), and a 64 GB high-speed SSD. It also features built-in TIDASDAQ 3 spectral analysis software, which can run tests independently upon startup, instantly draw full spectrum diagrams, and store data, completely eliminating the need for external computers and cumbersome cabling.
Compact Benchtop Footprint & Plug-and-Play : The base measures only about 47 x 37 cm and the entire unit weighs about 12 kg. It features a high-strength, anti-interference casing that can be easily placed on a standard laboratory table, ventilation cabinet, or production line inspection station. It also supports a wide voltage input range of 85–265 VAC, providing excellent spatial flexibility and environmental adaptability.
Wide-Range Dual Light Source & High-Precision Optical Engine
Integrated Deuterium & Halogen Dual Light Sources : The instrument precisely integrates a 35W deuterium lamp and an 8.95W halogen lamp, providing a complete spectral measurement range covering 190–1000 nm (deep ultraviolet to near-infrared), offering flat and stable broadband energy output and ultra-low baseline drift (0.5 mAU/h @ 250 nm).
Superior Spectral Resolution & Wavelength Accuracy : The optical system provides spectral resolution < 3 nm (FWHM), wavelength accuracy up to ±0.5 nm, wavelength reproducibility < 0.01 nm, and absorbance accuracy ±10 mAU, enabling precise resolution of sample fine absorption peaks and characteristic spectral profiles.
High-Sensitivity 1024-Pixel Diode Array & Rapid Acquisition
1024-Pixel Diode Array Detector (SNR >10,000:1) : Equipped with a high-performance 1024-pixel diode array and a 16-bit A/D analog-to-digital converter, it boasts a signal-to-noise ratio of >10,000:1 and a photometric linearity of <1%, providing exceptional weak signal capture capabilities and a wide dynamic measurement range.
Millisecond Full-Spectrum Acquisition & Dynamic Kinetics : Without any mechanical spectroscopic rotation structure, it supports millisecond-level ultra-fast full-band synchronous spectral acquisition, and is particularly suitable for in-situ dissolution monitoring, chemical reaction kinetics analysis, and dynamic process analysis (PAT) technology.
Versatile Fiber Coupling, PAT Integration & Regulatory Compliance
Standard Dual SMA 905 Fiber Interface & Digital I/O : Equipped with dual standard SMA 905 fiber connectors (lighting and signal reception), it can seamlessly connect to external immersion probes, ATR attenuated total reflection probes, flow cells, or reflection probes; it features 2 IN / 2 OUT digital I/O and Gigabit Ethernet, easily integrating with automated production lines and PLC control.
Fully compliant with Data Integrity and Pharmacopeia Compliance : Fully compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ALCOA+ data integrity principles, with multi-level access control and complete audit trail; optical performance fully compliant with USP <857> and EP <2.2.25> UV/Vis spectrophotometry specifications, and comes with complete original manufacturer IQ/OQ validation documentation.
