II. Wideband Dual-Light Source Optical Engine: Integrating deuterium lamp (D2) and halogen lamp (Halogen) dual-light source technology, providing an ultrawide spectral measurement range of 190–1020 nm and extreme optical stability.

III. High-sensitivity Diode Array Detector: Equipped with a multi-channel Diode Array detector and a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter, supporting millisecond-level ultra-fast full-spectrum synchronous acquisition.

IV. Standard Fiber Coupling and PAT Compliance: Equipped with a standard SMA 905 fiber interface, Gigabit network, and 2 IN / 2 OUT digital I/O, compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and providing complete manufacturer IQ/OQ validation.

Equipment Introduction

  • Integrated Compact Architecture & Touchscreen IPC Control

    • ◦Embedded IPC & Intuitive 10.4" Touchscreen GUI: The device directly integrates a 10.4-inch high-resolution color touchscreen, a Windows 10 industrial PC (IPC), and a 64 GB high-speed SSD. It comes pre-installed with the manufacturer's TIDASDAQ 3 spectral analysis software, allowing for independent spectral acquisition, quantitative analysis, and data processing upon startup, completely eliminating the need for external computers and cumbersome cabling.

    • Compact Benchtop Footprint & Plug-and-Play: The base measures only about 47 x 37 cm and the entire unit weighs about 12 kg. It features a high-strength, anti-interference casing that can be easily placed on a standard laboratory table, ventilation cabinet, or production line inspection station. It also supports a wide voltage input range of 85–265 VAC, providing excellent spatial flexibility and environmental adaptability.

  • Broadband Dual-Source Optical Engine & Full Spectral Coverage

    • ◦Integrated D2 & Halogen Dual Light Source System: The unit incorporates a precisely calibrated dual light source module consisting of a deuterium (D2) lamp and a long-life halogen lamp, seamlessly connecting the deep ultraviolet (UV), visible light (VIS) to near-infrared (NIR) light bands, providing high luminous flux and excellent continuous emission stability.

    • Wide 190–1020 nm Spectral Range & High Accuracy: Provides continuous measurement capability across the entire spectrum from 190 to 1020 nm, with excellent spectral resolution and extremely low stray light. It meets the stringent requirements of various pharmacopoeias for UV/VIS photometric and wavelength accuracy, enabling precise quantification of drug molecules and compound preparations with different absorption characteristics.

  • High-Sensitivity Diode Array Detector & Fast Acquisition

    • High-resolution multi-channel diode array and 16-bit A/D converter: Equipped with a high-performance photodiode array detector and 16-bit high-resolution analog-to-digital conversion technology, it features a wide optical dynamic range and extremely low noise ratio, ensuring excellent quantitative linearity and reproducibility even at low absorbance.

    • ◦Millisecond Full-Spectrum Exposure & Dynamic Process Monitoring: Supports millisecond-level ultra-fast exposure and real-time full-spectrum capture without any mechanical spectroscopic moving components. It is particularly suitable for multi-point ultra-fast sampling in dissolution tests (In-line / Online Dissolution), fluid chemical reaction kinetics monitoring, and real-time release testing on the production line.

  • Versatile Interfaces, Process PAT Integration & Regulatory Compliance

    • ◦Standard SMA 905 Fiber Coupling & Versatile Probe Compatibility: Equipped with a standard dual SMA 905 fiber interface (including illumination and signal collection fibers), it can seamlessly connect to various immersion transmission probes, ATR attenuated total internal reflection probes, diffuse reflection probes, or flow cells, flexibly meeting the detection needs of various sample shapes.

    • Industrial-grade automation triggering and data integrity compliance (Industrial I/O, Gigabit Network & 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance): Equipped with 2 IN / 2 OUT digital I/O ports and Gigabit Ethernet (TCP/IP 10/100/1000 Mbit/s), enabling seamless integration with PLCs, automated sampling systems, and LIMS systems; the software fully complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and ALCOA+ specifications, and comes with complete original manufacturer IQ/OQ validation documentation.
