It is a fully automated media preparation platform integrating precise dispensing, efficient degassing, online preheating, and intelligent mobility. This system completely eliminates the operational errors and long waiting times associated with traditional manual methods such as measuring with graduated cylinders, external heating, and cumbersome degassing, significantly improving laboratory turnaround efficiency. It complies with international regulations such as the United States Pharmacopeia (USP <711>), the European Pharmacopoeia (EP <2.9.3>), cGMP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

I. High-precision automated quantitative dispensing: Utilizing precision metering pump technology, the dispensing volume accuracy reaches < ±1%, supporting freely settable values from 250 mL to 1,000+ mL, completely eliminating parallax and volume errors caused by manual measuring cylinders.

Integrated high-efficiency degassing and instant preheating: It has vacuum/heating degassing function (fully compliant with USP <711> dissolved oxygen specifications, preventing bubble adhesion from affecting dissolution), and can be preheated online to 37.0°C ± 0.5°C in real time, so the test can be started immediately after dispensing is completed.

III. Broad compatibility with dissolution media: Fully compatible with deionized water (DI water), acidic media (HCl), various pH buffers (Acetate / Phosphate Buffers), and media containing surfactants (such as SDS / SLS, Tween, etc.).

Compatible with various dissolution analyzers and portable design: The ergonomic mobile cart with silent casters allows for easy movement by a single person and seamless compatibility with dissolution analyzers from major brands such as Agilent, Pharma Test, Sotax, Hanson, Erweka, Distek, and Logan for direct dispensing.
