The Pharma Test / Pharmag AT Liquid and Powder Agitator Attachment (original part number 40-01125) is specifically designed for pharmaceutical formulation research and development (R&D), dosage form laboratories, and pilot plants. This module can be directly installed on P-UAM universal motor drives and is specifically designed for high-efficiency convective stirring, agitating, and beating of various liquids, suspensions, and multiphase mixtures (such as wet powders, light pastes, and creams), fully complying with the stringent requirements of cGMP, FDA, and the International Pharmacopoeia for homogeneous mixing of multiphase fluids.


I. It adopts industry-standard quick-release connectors, which can be directly connected and installed on the P-UAM universal motor host without complicated tools, greatly saving equipment purchase costs and laboratory table space.


II. It adopts a precision mechanical gear drive unit with a special wire whisk to generate a strong convection circulation and tapping mixing effect in the mixing tank. It can quickly break up micro-clumps and fully integrate powder and liquid. It is especially suitable for the uniform preparation of wet powders, suspensions and light pastes.


III. Standard configuration includes a 6.5 L dedicated mixing tank (effective working volume up to 3.0 L), supporting stepless speed adjustment up to 200 RPM, perfectly bridging the gap between formula development and pilot small-batch production.


IV. All parts in contact with materials are made of high-specification pharmaceutical and food-grade corrosion-resistant materials. The entire machine has no blind spots for cleaning, is easy to disassemble, clean and sterilize, and fully complies with cGMP, GLP and FDA cleaning effectiveness standards.

    • Gentle blending for temperature-sensitive APIs: Smooth and fluid operation, without generating excessive friction and heat during the blending process, making it ideal for the formulation of heat-sensitive APIs, creams, and lightweight ointment bases.
