Pharmag's most representative core concept is the "Universal Motor Drive System." 1. Universal Motor Drive & Attachments System
P-UAM Universal Power Unit & UGD Universal Gearbox:
The P-UAM is equipped with a 600W high-efficiency motor with a speed range of 50 - 450 rpm (±1 rpm) and a 1:6 gear ratio; the UGD provides a 1:10 reduction torque boost (5 - 45 rpm, torque up to 60 Nm) and supports 90° tilt operation, providing powerful power for various high-viscosity, heavy-duty modules.
Powder/particle shearing and solid-liquid mixing module:
P-PM-4 Planetary Mixer: 4.0 L total capacity (working capacity up to 2.5 L), featuring dual-axis rotation and revolution for shearing and folding, designed specifically for mixing dry powders and kneading wet powders and pastes.

2. Laboratory Tablet Presses
Riva MiniPress M II Single-Punch Eccentric Dough Beater (Part No. 40-02000):
Maximum main pressure reaches 60 kN (6 ton), with a maximum production capacity of 6,000 tablets/h. Utilizing "D" Special Riva molds, the maximum tablet diameter can reach 24 mm. A handwheel precisely adjusts the filling depth (maximum 18 mm) and top punch depth, and a fully transparent acrylic safety door is equipped with a safety interlock mechanism.
MiniPress II Fully Automatic Rotary Tablet Beater (Part No. 40-02300):
Equipped with built-in pre-compression function (pre-compression up to 20 kN, main pressure up to 60 kN). Supports 8 to 12 stations (Mono Tooling D/B/BB or Multi Tooling), speed 12-32 rpm, and a maximum capacity of 19,000 tablets/h. Standard features include an adjustable-speed force feeder and gravity feed shoe.
3. Hard Capsule Filling Solutions
P-MiniCap Fully Automatic Rotary Capsule Filler (Part No. 40-02400):
This fully automated benchtop equipment is designed specifically for R&D and pilot production, with a maximum capacity of 3,000 capsules/hour, compatible with capsule sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. It integrates automatic feeding, orientation, capsule opening, multi-stage powder metering and filling, unopened capsule rejection, and locked-capsule good product discharge.
Feton Fastlock Manual 4-Plate Filler Series (Part No. 40-03x00):
Patented automatic directional bag drop and single-move bag opening mechanism. All machine parts are precision CNC machined from 316L medical-grade stainless steel with a filling tolerance of ±2%. Available in four sizes: 100, 200, 300, and 400 bags, with a maximum capacity of 4,000 bags/hour.
4. Suppository & Special Dosage Systems
PFM-L Suppository and Lipstick Molding Machine (Part No. 40-01186):
Integrating a 1000W double-layer glycerin heating jacket tank (5.0 L / 3.5 L, temperature control up to 40°C) and a precision stirrer (up to 200 rpm), it achieves a production capacity of 4,000 pieces/hour. Optional 24 to 150-pore duralumin (AlCu4Mg1) silicon-coated precision molds are available for accurately molding 1-8 g bullet-shaped, torpedo-shaped plugs and lipsticks.
5. Particle size analysis and laboratory vibration sieving
AS-200 Laboratory Vibrating Screen (Part No. 0-304130):
Patented electromagnetic 3D throwing motion technology supports both dry and wet sieving (20 µm - 25 mm, maximum load per batch of 3 kg, up to 9 stacks of standard sieves). Compatible with ISO 3310-1 (Ø200 x 50 mm) and ASTM E11 sieve standards.
