1. Tablet Hardness & Multi-Parameter Testers

PTB 111E / 111EP : Durable benchtop hardness tester with dual force application modes (linear force increase LFI / constant velocity increase LSI) and a built-in thermal printer.
PTB 311E / 330 / 500 : A four-in-one to five-in-one tester that continuously and automatically completes measurements of weight, thickness, width, diameter/length, and hardness (breaking force).
Fully Automated Unattended Testing Equipment (WHT Series) :

PTWS 120D / 620 / 820D / 830 : Classic 6- to 8-cup dissolution systems; PTWS 1420 (14-cup high-throughput dissolution system + 2 replenishment preheating cups) is also available.
Key highlights include the patented MonoShaft™ quick-release stirring shaft system (no need to readjust the height when changing baskets/paddles, wobble < 0.2 mm), a bidirectional shockproof external thermostatic circulating heater, and a low evaporation sealing cap (24-hour evaporation rate < 0.7%).

PTZ AUTO EZ Series (1EZ / 2EZ / 3EZ / 4EZ) : Independent single-station to four-station electric automatic lifting, equipped with PT-MKT electronic inductive disintegration basket , which uses microcircuit to automatically detect the moment when the tablet completely disintegrates (accurate to the second level), without the need for visual observation.
Friability Testers (PTF series) :
PTF 110 / 210 / 310 / 610 : Supports 1 to 6 Friability / Abrasion drums, conforms to USP/EP standards, and supports dual test modes for speed and time.
Powder and Particle Flowability / Bulk Density Meter :
PT-TD300 (Vibration Density Meter): Single-station dual-position design, automatically identifies USP <616> Method 1 (14 mm drop) and Method 2 (3 mm drop).

PT-Node Network Adapter Interface :
Pharma Test's Internet of Things (IoT) interface card is designed to drive smarter and paperless laboratory design.
It can directly connect various traditional offline physical testing instruments (hardness tester, fragmentation tester, brittleness tester, etc.) to the local area network (LAN/Wi-Fi), directly call the network printer through the web browser to generate PDF, and seamlessly upload .csv data to the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
